The purpose of this course is to set goals and make a plan to live your life as your best self, you will kick off the 9 weeks by understanding who you were and who you are today.
An amazing thing happens when you stop seeking approval and validation: You find it. People are naturally drawn like magnets to those who know who they are and cannot be shaken!”

Goooooooood Morning “9 to 5″ers!
Welcome to the first of 9 weeks!
Because the purpose of this course is to set goals and make a plan to live your life as your best self, you will kick off the 9 weeks by understanding who you were and who you are today.
In addition to the questions in this workbook, you are required to interview 3-5 people who will provide an outsider’s view as to who you were at the following ages: 5, 12 ,16, and 20.
- What did you want to be when you grew up?
- What stood out to them at each age?
- What were you good at?
- Why did they enjoy being around you?
- What is their fondest memory of you?
- What profession did they see you having?
- This is your time with them; ask them everything you can think of.
During this week, I also require that you read The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. This book will help set the stage for open mindedness and encourage a different type of thought pattern than society currently suggests we should think.
